These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and use of Faircroft Manor, available at faircroftmanor.com.

Faircroft Manor is a private members’ area connected to Nina Blake, an adult courtesan/personal brand. By accessing this website, requesting membership, creating an account, purchasing access, or using any member-only area, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Age-restricted access

5. Payments

For recurring memberships, you authorise recurring charges at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation process.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where membership gives access to digital content or private member-only areas, refunds may be limited once access has been granted, except where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Faircroft Manor to:

  • access the site if you are underage or legally prohibited from doing so;
  • share your account or login details with anyone else;
  • copy, scrape, download, record, screenshot, redistribute, sell, or publish member-only content without permission;
  • harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, stalk, dox, or attempt to identify private individuals;

8. Prohibited content and requests

Any such material or request may result in immediate suspension, account termination, reporting, and/or preservation of relevant information where legally required.

9. Intellectual property

All text, images, audio, design, branding, characters, room concepts, page layouts, music, photographs, graphics, and other material on Faircroft Manor are owned by or licensed to Faircroft Manor and/or Nina Blake unless stated otherwise.

Membership gives you personal, limited, non-transferable access only. It does not give you ownership of any content or permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, sell, adapt, train AI systems on, or otherwise exploit any material from the site.

10. Privacy

Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using Faircroft Manor, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed for account access, payments, age/access control, customer support, fraud prevention, compliance, and site security.

11. Complaints and content removal

If you believe content on Faircroft Manor is unlawful, non-consensual, violates your rights, breaches these terms, or should otherwise be reviewed, you may submit a complaint or content removal request using our Complaints & Content Removal Policy.

We will review complaints in accordance with that policy and applicable legal, payment provider, and card-network requirements.

12. Availability and changes

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, or connection.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the site, create risk, fail checks, dispute payments improperly, or act in a way that we reasonably consider harmful to Faircroft Manor, Nina Blake, other users, or our service providers.

14. Liability

Faircroft Manor is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
