Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases, memberships, subscriptions, and other paid access provided through Faircroft Manor, available at faircroftmanor.com.
Faircroft Manor is the private members’ area connected to Nina Blake, an adult courtesan/personal brand. This policy explains how cancellations, recurring billing, refunds, and access changes are handled.
1. Membership payments
Faircroft Manor may offer paid access through recurring memberships, one-off purchases, private access, invitation-based membership, or other payment options shown at checkout.
The price, billing interval, and access period will be shown before payment is completed. By purchasing access, you agree to the price and billing terms shown at checkout.
2. Recurring subscriptions
If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, you authorise the payment provider to charge your chosen payment method at the stated interval until the membership is cancelled.
Recurring billing continues unless you cancel before the next renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel in time if you do not want the membership to renew.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel a recurring membership through your account area, where available, or by contacting us at:
Email: hello@faircroftmanor.com
Please include the email address used for your membership and enough information for us to identify the account. Do not send full payment-card details by email.
4. Effect of cancellation
Cancelling a recurring membership prevents future renewal charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, cancellation does not automatically refund payments that have already been made.
After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period, or it may end sooner if the account has been suspended or terminated because of misuse, breach of terms, fraud risk, payment dispute, or compliance concerns.
5. Digital access and refunds
Faircroft Manor provides access to digital, private, adult-oriented member areas and online content. Once digital access has been granted, refunds are generally not available simply because you changed your mind, did not use the membership, forgot to cancel, or no longer want access.
This does not affect any legal rights that cannot be excluded.
6. When refunds may be considered
Refunds may be considered at our discretion, or where legally required, in circumstances such as:
- duplicate payment caused by a technical error;
- payment taken after a cancellation request was confirmed before renewal;
- paid access not being made available because of a technical or account error on our side;
- incorrect charge amount;
- other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.
Each request is reviewed individually. Providing clear details helps us resolve the matter more quickly.
7. When refunds are not usually available
Refunds are not usually available where:
- you accessed member-only content or private areas after payment;
- you forgot to cancel before a renewal date;
- you did not use the membership during the paid period;
- you changed your mind after access was provided;
- your access was suspended or terminated because you breached the Terms & Conditions;
- you shared your account, attempted unauthorised access, or misused the website;
- you made prohibited requests or created compliance, safety, or payment-provider risk;
- you initiated an improper chargeback instead of contacting us first.
8. One-off purchases and private items
Some Faircroft Manor purchases may be offered as one-off access, custom/private features, keepsake-related items, or other non-recurring purchases.
Refund availability for those purchases may depend on whether access has already been granted, whether the item has been prepared, whether work has begun, whether the item is personalised, and whether cancellation is legally required.
Any specific cancellation or refund terms shown at checkout for a particular purchase will also apply.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a payment is incorrect, please contact us first so we can review it promptly.
Unfounded or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, cancellation, loss of access, and restriction from future purchases. We may provide relevant account, access, billing, and communication records to our payment provider in order to respond to a payment dispute.
10. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, access may be paused, restricted, or cancelled. The payment provider may retry the payment according to its own billing rules.
It is your responsibility to keep payment details up to date.
11. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of our Terms & Conditions, attempted fraud, misuse of the site, prohibited content requests, underage access, account sharing, harassment, unlawful activity, or other behaviour that creates legal, safety, payment, or compliance risk.
Where access is suspended or terminated because of breach or misuse, refunds are not normally available.
12. Processing refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, and payment method.
We cannot usually refund to a different payment method.
