This Complaints & Content Removal Policy explains how complaints, reports, and content removal requests may be submitted to Faircroft Manor, available at faircroftmanor.com.
Faircroft Manor is the private members’ area connected to Nina Blake, an adult courtesan/personal brand. We take reports of unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, underage, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content seriously.
1. How to submit a complaint or removal request

Please include enough information for us to identify and review the issue. Where possible, include:
- the URL or location of the content on the website;
- a clear description of the content or issue;
- why you believe the content should be reviewed or removed;
- whether you are the person depicted in the content, the rights holder, a representative, or another concerned person;

- any supporting information or evidence you want us to consider.
Do not send full payment card details, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information by email.
2. What can be reported
You may contact us if you believe content on Faircroft Manor:
- is unlawful;
- shows or involves a person who did not consent to the content;
- shows or involves a person who was under 18 at the time of creation;
- involves coercion, exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or force;
- violates your privacy, image rights, copyright, or other legal rights;
- contains personal information that should not be public;
- breaches our Terms & Conditions;
- breaches payment provider, card-network, platform, or compliance rules;
- otherwise creates a legal, safety, or compliance concern.
3. Prohibited material
Faircroft Manor does not permit content, requests, descriptions, messages, or communications involving minors, non-consent, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, incest, bestiality, extreme violence, hate, unlawful activity, or any material that would breach applicable law, payment provider rules, card-network rules, or platform safety requirements.
Any such material may be removed, restricted, preserved for compliance purposes, reported where required, and/or result in account suspension or termination.
4. Requests from people depicted in content
If you are depicted in content on Faircroft Manor and you want that content reviewed or removed, contact us immediately at hello@faircroftmanor.com.
Please identify the content clearly and explain your concern. We may request additional information if needed to confirm identity, authority, or the basis of the request.
Where we determine that content is non-consensual, unlawful, underage, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited, we will remove or disable access to it as quickly as reasonably possible.
5. Review process
We aim to acknowledge complaints and removal requests promptly. We will review the information provided, check the relevant content where available, consider applicable law and our policies, and decide what action is appropriate.
Possible actions may include:
- removing the content;
- disabling access to the content while it is reviewed;
- restricting or editing content where appropriate;
- requesting further information;
- keeping the content in place if the complaint is not upheld;
- suspending or terminating an account;
- preserving records for legal, payment, compliance, or dispute purposes;
- reporting matters to relevant authorities where legally required or appropriate.
6. Timeframes
We aim to review complaints and content removal requests within a reasonable period and, where possible, within seven business days of receiving enough information to identify and assess the issue.
Urgent reports involving alleged underage material, non-consensual content, exploitation, abuse, trafficking, or immediate safety concerns will be treated as a priority.
Complex matters may take longer, especially where further information, legal review, technical checks, payment provider review, or third-party input is required.
7. Appeals or further review
If you disagree with the outcome of a complaint or removal request, you may ask us to review the decision again by replying to our response or emailing hello@faircroftmanor.com.
Please explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered and provide any additional supporting information.
8. False, abusive, or bad-faith complaints
Please submit complaints and removal requests in good faith. False, malicious, abusive, repetitive, misleading, or bad-faith reports may be rejected and may result in account restriction or other appropriate action.
This does not prevent genuine complaints, rights requests, safety concerns, or lawful reports from being submitted.
9. Copyright and intellectual property complaints

Please identify the content, explain your rights, provide your contact details, and include enough information for us to assess the claim.
10. Privacy and personal information in complaints
